I’ll be waiting. Writing 101, Day 5

Updated: May 13, 2022

“You know how to find me. Unlock the clues, your memories will take you there”

On a sidewalk still wet from rain I find these words. The note crumpled, left behind, lost, forgotten. As I hold them in my hands I wonder if it was ever delivered, or dropped along the way. I imagine the person still waiting, for their loved one to meet them there.
